Bracketly is a tournament operations tool for tennis and pickleball clubs. We help tournament directors set up brackets, schedule matches, record scores, and share results with members.
Account info you give us (name, email, club name), tournament data you enter (event names, player names, scores), and standard server logs (IP, browser type, time of access) for security and reliability.
To operate the service, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use your tournament data to train AI models.
Public tournament pages are visible to anyone with the link, by design — that's how members find their bracket. Private TD data (your account, your tournament drafts) is visible only to you.
We use Supabase to store data, Netlify to serve the site, and Anthropic Claude for some AI-assisted features. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and our data-processing agreements.
Email hello@getbracketly.com to export, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
